Elite Hands solutions
Global Infrastructure Deployment
We mobilize an Elite team of engineers to manage global deployments for our clients. With two engineers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific respectively, we ensure your deployment is done right by creating an exceptionally high standard and extreme consistency.
Break/fix
Our team is available for small-to-large break/fix projects; 10 servers or 1,000. We have thousands of hours or experience work on Dell, HP and Supermicro. In many cases, we can source replacement parts locally as well.
Smart Hands
Whether you need a one-off assist, or need many hours of assistance across the globe each month, we will provide you the best available engineer in each region. We offer very-competitive global flat-rate pricing, rollover on unused hours and the same resources each time.
Rack Integration
We chose Amsterdam, Singapore and Bend, Oregon, with our clients, logistics and tax advantages in mind. Our Amsterdam and Singapore locations are less than two kilometers from airports and seaports. Our Bend location is minutes away from Prineville. We have capacity to turn out more than 100 racks per month.
